Hong Kong Ledger Company provides a premium, worry-free shipping experience for our customers in Argentina, Indonesia, and worldwide.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping (商家包邮)
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
• Hong Kong: 1-2 business days.
• Indonesia: 3-7 business days.
• Argentina: 5-10 business days.
• Rest of the world: 7-14 business days.
2. Taxes and Import Duties (商家包税 - DDP)
We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for our customers in Argentina and Indonesia.
• Our Guarantee: The price you see at checkout is the final price. Hong Kong Ledger Company will handle all import customs clearance and cover all applicable import taxes, VAT, and duties.
• No Extra Charges: You will NOT be required to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs office upon the arrival of your Ledger hardware wallet.
3. Handling and Tracking
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our Hong Kong hub within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and local phone number are correct. For orders to Indonesia and Argentina, a valid phone number is mandatory for smooth customs coordination.
